Abschnitts des WpHG herzustellen und fortlaufend sicherzustellen: § 63 Absatz 6 WpHG in Verbindung mit Artikel 44 der Delegierten Verordnung (EU) 2017/565 (DelVO), § 70 Absatz 1 Satz 2 WpHG, § 80 Absatz 1 Satz 1 und Satz 3 in Verbindung mit den Bestimmungen zur Organisation der Wertpapierdienstleistungsunternehmen in den Artikeln 22, 24 und 26 der Delegierten Verordnung (EU) 2017/565 (DelVO), § 80 Absatz 1 Satz 2 Nr. 1 und 4 WpHG. Um die Umsetzung der angeordneten Maßnahmen zu überwachen, hat die BaFin am 26. Februar 2024 einen Sonderbeauftragten gemäß § 45c Absatz 1 in Verbindung mit Absatz 2 KWG bestellt.
