Bojko jest m.in. właścicielem jednej z największych grup inwestycyjnych w Rosji - Finstar Financial Group. Za jej pośrednictwem kontroluje sieć spółek zależnych w wielu krajach europejskich (do 2022 r. także w Polsce - Vivus Finance sp. z o.o.,) oraz w Ameryce Łacińskiej. AS 4Finance jest właścicielem 100% udziałów w kapitale zakładowym polskiego podmiotu BASTOREHILL INVESTMENTS sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Warszawie (adres: ul. Towarowa 28, 00-839 Warszawa), KRS 0001021600, która również została wpisana na listę decyzją Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych i Administracji z dnia 12 września 2024 r. (znak: DPP-WTPZ.0272.69.2024(7)). Aktualnie O. Bojko zarządza aktywami o wartości 1,2 mld dolarów (wg Forbes), a swą aktywność biznesową koncentruje na kredytach krótkoterminowych, nieruchomościach oraz hazardzie. Z uzyskanej wiedzy wynika, iż oligarcha posiada powiązania z organizacjami przestępczymi oraz rosyjskimi służbami wywiadowczymi Federacji Rosyjskiej. Pozostające pod kontrolą O. Bojki kasyna mogą służyć natomiast do legalizacji środków finansowych pochodzących zarówno z przestępczości zorganizowanej, jak również pochodzących od rosyjskich służb. O sympatyzowaniu O. Bojko z reżimem Władimira Putina świadczą również odnotowane fakty funkcjonowania oligarchy w środowisku osób jednoznacznie zidentyfikowanych jako współpracownicy służb specjalnych Federacji Rosyjskiej. Pomimo braku formalnych powiązań O. Bojko z podmiotami i osobami funkcjonującymi na polskim rynku finansowym w obszarze pożyczek krótkoterminowych, posiadane przez ABW informacje wskazują, że Rosjanin zarządza nimi za pośrednictwem zespołu managerskiego grupy 4Finance. O. Bojko znajduje się obecnie na ukraińskiej i australijskiej liście sankcyjnej, a także na tzw. „liście Putina”, opublikowanej w raporcie z 29 stycznia 2018 r. przygotowanym przez Departament Skarbu Stanów Zjednoczonych dla Kongresu Nałożenie sankcji na podmiot AS 4Finance, pozostający pod pośrednim zarządem rosyjskiego oligarchy przyczyni się do bezpośredniego zmniejszenia zysków O.
