Ponadto oprócz całościowych udziałów w rosyjskim podmiocie Torgovyi Dom Mebel KZ firma białoruska ZAO Kholdingovaya Kompaniya Pinskdrev posiada również 100% udziałów w następujących podmiotach: MEBEL OT LURYE-SMOLENSK z siedzibą w Smoleńsku (Federacja Rosyjska), PROIZVODSTVENNOE UNITARNOE PREDPRIYATIE PINSKDREV-EVROMEBEL z siedzibą wBrześciu (Białoruś) oraz 99% udziałów w innym białoruskim podmiocie OTKRYTOE AKTSIONERNOE OBSHCHESTVO VITEBSKLES. Firma ZAO Kholdingovaya Kompaniya Pinskdrev posiada również 34% udziałów w rosyjskim podmiocie PINSKDREV-SAINT-PETERSBURG, a także posiada 24% udziałów w rosyjskim podmiocie PINSKDREV-KRASNODAR oraz udziały w podmiotach ukraińskich: PINSKDREV-UKRAENA TOV i TORGOVELNIY BUDINOK BELTORG ZAKRITOGO AKTSIONERNOGO TOVARISTVA PINSKDREV DP. Spółka QARTREE LLP jest eksporterem do Polski sklejki z drewna brzozowego zaklasyfikowanej do kodu CN 4412 33 10 Taryfy celnej, której przywóz do Unii Europejskiej został zakazany na podstawie art. 3i ust. 1 rozporządzenia Rady (UE) nr 833/2014 z dnia 31 lipca 2014 r. dotyczącego środków ograniczających w związku z działaniami Rosji destabilizującymi sytuację na Ukrainie. Import do Polski sklejki zaklasyfikowanej do kodu CN 4412 33 10 z Rosji zakończył się po wprowadzeniu ww. zakazu. Jednocześnie w kwietniu 2022 roku rozpoczął się import tego towaru z Kazachstanu. W rozporządzeniu wykonawczym 2024/1287 Komisja Europejska potwierdziła zmianę struktury handlu po nałożeniu środków na przywóz sklejki z drewna brzozowego z Rosji. Podczas gdy przywóz z Rosji niemal zanikł, znacząco wzrósł przywóz zarówno z Kazachstanu, jak i z Turcji. Jednocześnie znacznie zwiększyły się przepływy handlowe sklejki z drewna brzozowego, kłód i forniru między Rosją a Kazachstanem oraz Rosją i Turcją. Kazachstan należy do krajów o niewielkiej liczbie lasów. Według danych Komisji Leśnictwa i Przyrody Ministerstwa Ekologii, Geologii i Zasobów Naturalnych, na 1 stycznia 2022 r. lasy zajmują 5% powierzchni kraju, a ich powierzchnia wynosi 13,6 mln ha. Dodatkowo według ustaleń KAS w Kazachstanie na wycinkę drzew wymagane są pozwolenia, natomiast QARTREE LLP nie posiadała stosownego pozwolenia. Sklejka eksportowana przez ww. spółkę, choć posiadała świadectwo pochodzenia z Kazachstanu, faktycznie nie mogła być przez nią produkowana.
