In his official capacity, Logunov oversees the implementation of youth policy in the TOT of Zaporizhzhia Region, targeting Ukrainian children and youth with programmes that promote Russian patriotic indoctrination, ideological Russification, and preparation for service to the Russian state. These activities form part of a systematic effort to erode Ukrainian identity among young people in the occupied territory. Under his leadership, the ministry organises and supports events, projects, and initiatives involving Russian military personnel, including “Dialogues with Heroes” and other military-patriotic education programmes, and participates in sending children to Russian-controlled events and programmes designed to inculcate loyalty to the Russian Federation.
