Moreover, he participated in the launch event for the “Victory/Pobeda” political bloc, alongside Ilan Shor. By undermining the democratic political process, including by attempting to destabilise or overthrow the constitutional order, Ruslan Garbalî is supporting actions and policies which undermine and threaten democracy, the rule of law, and stability in the Republic of Moldova.
