In April 2025, Pharmirus LLC was the Beneficiary of Decree № 213 issued by the President of the Russian Federation, according to which the Russian company Nizhpharm, which was at the time owned by the Luxemburgian Nidda Lynx and until November 2023 owned by the German pharma company Stada AG, was put under the provisional administration of Pharmirus LLC.
