In the past it also took place in Crimea. As part of the programme, minors are provided with structured military training, including weapons handling, shooting skills, tactical instruction, hand-to-hand combat, survival tasks, and drone operation. They also participate in tactical games involving reconnaissance missions and the execution of “combat tasks” inspired by Russia’s experience in the so-called “Special Military Operation”. The programme is conducted in a strict militarised environment, reinforced by propaganda film discussions and daily interaction with instructors with military experience, with the aim of instilling loyalty to the Russian Federation and preparing minors for potential future military service.
