Apolitics is a geopolitical news and intelligence platform covering conflicts, economies, and political risk across 201 countries and territories. The premise is in the name: report what happened and what the data says — not which side to take.

We pair a live editorial feed with a proprietary macro-intelligence layer: an economic percentile built from World Bank and IMF indicators, trade interdependence from UN Comtrade, energy benchmarks from the EIA, and sanctions exposure counted from the official sanctions lists we read directly. Every score is explainable — the full component breakdown is stored and shown, never a black box.

What makes us different

"Without bias" is easy to claim and impossible to prove, so we try to do something checkable instead: show where every fact came from and when we last confirmed it. Judge us on that, not on the slogan.

• Every company profile lists the registers and sanctions lists it was built from, with the date each was last read and a link to the original.
• Sanctions carry a confirmation date, and listings an authority has lifted are kept and marked rather than quietly deleted.
• Records are only merged into one company on a shared identifier or a human decision — never on name similarity alone, and never automatically for people.
• Both sides of every conflict are sourced — official statements from all parties, clearly labelled.
• No ads, no engagement algorithms, no third-party trackers.
