- Stated grounds
- Alevtina Andreeva is the Commissioner for Children’s Rights in the Murmansk Region of the Russian Federation and is responsible for overseeing regional policies and institutions concerning minors. In this capacity, she supports and coordinates the reception, placement, education and “integration” of children, including minors transferred from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, through cooperation with regional authorities, educational institutions and guardianship bodies. She facilitates and endorses programmes promoting ideological re-education, pro-Russian patriotism, Russian language and narratives aligned with Russian state policy, thereby contributing to the erosion of Ukrainian national identity. Therefore, Alevtina Andreeva is supporting and implementing actions and policies involving the deportation or forced transfer, and forced assimilation, including indoctrination of Ukrainian minors from occupied territories of Ukraine.
