Le personnel de l’OCMSA a recours à la nudité forcée, au viol, aux électrochocs, aux brûlures infligées aux parties génitales et à la violence excessive lors des détentions arbitraires et des interrogatoires d’hommes, de femmes et de membres de la communauté LGBTIQ. L’OCMSA est dès lors responsable de graves violations des droits de l’homme au Myanmar/en Birmanie, y compris de détentions arbitraires et d’actes de tortures, ainsi que de violences sexuelles et sexistes systématiques et généralisées.
