  La société par actions Shvabe (Shvabe), société holding détenue par Rostec, est spécialisée dans la recherche et la fabrication de masse de systèmes et de complexes optiques et laser. Shvabe rassemble un certain nombre de sites industriels et d’instituts de recherche dans toute la Russie, formant l’épine dorsale du secteur optique du pays. La holding Shvabe réalise le cycle complet de développement de technologies optoélectroniques et laser de pointe pour la sécurité nationale de la Russie. Shvabe produit et développe également des systèmes optoélectroniques et laser pour les forces armées de la Fédération de Russie. Shvabe S.A. fournit aux forces armées russes des systèmes optiques et laser manufacturés, qui sont utilisés dans le cadre de la guerre d’agression contre l’Ukraine. Shvabe S.A. est donc responsable d’apporter un soutien matériel à des actions et politiques qui compromettent et menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine
