Les partenaires de JSC "DUKS" sont le ministère russe de la défense et Rosoboronexport (agence chargée de l’exportation d’armements). Par conséquent, JSC "DUKS" est responsable du soutien matériel apporté aux actions qui compromettent et menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine; l’entreprise apporte un soutien matériel au gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie, qui est responsable de l’annexion de la Crimée et de la déstabilisation de l’Ukraine, et tire avantage de ce gouvernement.
