    La Naji Research and Development Company (NRDC) est une société iranienne de services et de conseil en informatique responsable du développement de l’application mobile Nazer pour les forces de l’ordre iraniennes. L’application mobile Nazer est utilisée comme outil de surveillance pour contrôler et surveiller les citoyens en Iran. Elle permet à des personnes “autorisées” par l’État de signaler les violations commises par d’autres personnes concernant le port du hijab ainsi que les comportements contraires à la moralité publique. Les personnes signalées au moyen de l’application mobile Nazer sont susceptibles de faire l’objet d’un procès pénal et de sanctions pénales, y compris des amendes, des peines d’emprisonnement et la flagellation. La NRDC est donc responsable de graves violations des droits de l’homme en Iran.
