- Kimia Part Sivan Company (KIPAS) est une société établie en Iran qui a coopéré avec la force Qods du Corps des gardiens de la révolution islamique (IRGC-QF) afin d'améliorer leur programme de véhicules aériens sans pilote (UAV). Des fonctionnaires de Kipas ont effectué des tests de vol d'UAV pour la force Qods de l'IRGC-QF et ont fourni une assistance technique aux UAV de la force Qods de l'IRGC-QF transférés vers l'Iraq en vue de leur utilisation dans le cadre des opérations de la force Qods de l'IRGC-QF. Kipas a également acheté des composants d'UAV de grande valeur en vue d'une utilisation ultérieure par l'IRGC. Par conséquent, elle soutient le programme iranien d'UAV et y participe.
