  Le bloc politique Victoire/Pobeda a été fondé par Ilan Shor le 21 avril 2024. Le bloc a été constitué avec plusieurs signataires notables, dont Marina Tauber et Evghenia Guțul, ainsi que les dirigeants des partis “Chance” (Șansă), “Renaissance” (Renaștere), “Victoire” (Victorie) et “Force alternative et de salut de la Moldavie” (Forța de Alternativă și de Salvare a Moldovei). Au cours de l’assemblée, Ilan Shor a été élu président du bloc politique, avec d’autres personnes inscrites sur la liste: Evghenia Guțul comme secrétaire exécutive et Marina Tauber comme secrétaire. Le bloc politique Victoire/Pobeda est impliqué dans la diffusion de fausses informations et engagé dans des dispositifs d’achat de voix lors de l’élection présidentielle et du référendum constitutionnel sur l’adhésion à l’UE qui se sont tenus en République de Moldavie en 2024. En compromettant le processus politique démocratique, y compris en compromettant gravement la tenue de scrutins, le bloc politique Victoire/Pobeda est responsable d’actions ou de politiques qui compromettent ou menacent la souveraineté et l’indépendance de la République de Moldavie, ou la démocratie, l’état de droit, la stabilité ou la sécurité dans la République de Moldavie. Il est également associé à Ilan Shor.
