Les violences perpétrées par des colons à l’encontre des Palestiniens et de leurs villages, y compris le harcèlement physique et psychosocial, les passages à tabac, les meurtres et la démolition de biens, revêtent un caractère systématique et ont conduit au transfert forcé de communautés entières. Par conséquent, Hilltop Youth est responsable de graves violations ou atteintes dans le domaine des droits de l’homme, y compris d’actes de torture et d’autres peines ou traitements cruels, inhumains ou dégradants, ainsi que de graves violations ou atteintes en ce qui concerne le droit à la propriété et le droit à la vie privée et familiale des Palestiniens en Cisjordanie, ce qui suscite également de graves préoccupations au regard des objectifs de la politique étrangère et de sécurité commune énoncés à l’article 21 du traité sur l’Union européenne.
