Il s’agit d’une filiale de l’Iran Aviation Industries Organization (IAIO), une entreprise publique placée sous le contrôle du ministère iranien de la défense et de la logistique des forces armées (MODAFL). Qods Aviation Industries produit des drones Mohajer-6, qui ont été fournis à la Fédération de Russie et utilisés dans la guerre d’agression contre l’Ukraine. Par conséquent, Qods Aviation Industries est responsable du soutien matériel apporté aux actions qui compromettent ou menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
