  Amana est la société coopérative de développement et le mouvement de colonisation du mouvement Gush Emunim. Depuis sa création, elle a joué un rôle clé dans la création, le financement et la facilitation d’au moins 30 avant-postes et colonies violents, y compris des avant-postes créés par des personnes inscrites sur la liste par l’Union européenne (Yinon Levi, fondateur de l’avant-poste Mitarim Farm; Moshe Sharvit, fondateur de l’avant-poste Tirza Valley Farm/Moshe’s Farm; et Isaschar Manne, fondateur de l’avant-poste Manne Farm) en Cisjordanie occupée. Ces avant-postes sont non seulement à l’origine de violences de colons, y compris contre des défenseurs des droits de l’homme, mais ils ont également conduit à des déplacements à grande échelle de communautés palestiniennes vulnérables et à la dépossession de propriétés palestiniennes. L’implication majeure d’Amana dans ces avant-postes illégaux violents consiste notamment en la facilitation de l’acquisition de terrains, la construction et la commercialisation de maisons, le lancement et la préparation de plans directeurs de colonisation et financement d’infrastructures. À plusieurs reprises, l’organisation et sa direction ont clairement affiché leur objectif consistant à déposséder les communautés palestiniennes. Par conséquent, Amana est responsable de faciliter et d’encourager des atteintes aux droits de l’homme en Cisjordanie, y compris des atteintes au droit des Palestiniens à la propriété et à leur droit à l’autodétermination, qui suscitent de graves préoccupations au regard des objectifs de la politique étrangère et de sécurité commune énoncés à l’article 21 du traité sur l’Union européenne.

Specifically, AMANA is involved in the construction of illegal settler outposts and providing funding and other economic resources for Israeli settlers involved in threatening and perpetrating acts of aggression and violence against Palestinian communities in the West Bank.
