(do 16 września 2024 r. funkcjonująca pod nazwą: EMK Group Sp. z o.o.) została zarejestrowana 29 kwietnia 2019 r. w Krajowym Rejestrze Sądowym, a jej główną działalność stanowi sprzedaż hurtowa wyrobów metalowych oraz sprzętu i dodatkowego wyposażenia hydraulicznego i grzejnego. STEELTRADE Sp. z o.o. w sposób pośredni wspiera agresję Federacji Rosyjskiej na Ukrainę rozpoczętą 24 lutego 2022 r., w ten sposób, że uczestniczy pośrednio w dostawach do Federacji Rosyjskiej wyrobów metalowych, wyrobów ze stali oraz części do maszyn zawierających się głównie w działach CN 72 - żeliwo i stal oraz CN 73 - artykuły z żeliwa i stali, które zostały uznane przez Radę Unii Europejskiej za towary wspierające potencjał przemysłowy Federacji Rosyjskiej, a tym samym ich wywóz do Federacji Rosyjskiej został zakazany przez Unię Europejską. STEELTRADE Sp. z o.o. dokonywała zgłoszeń celnych eksportowych ww. produktów, w okolicznościach wskazujących na ich reeksport do Federacji Rosyjskiej za pośrednictwem szeregu powiązanych podmiotów. Głównym udziałowcem, członkiem zarządu oraz beneficjentem rzeczywistym STEELTRADE Sp. z o.o. jest Uladzimir Liashchuk (Vladimir Evgenyevich Leshchuk), obywatel Białorusi, który jest również związany z działającymi w branży metalowej podmiotami zarejestrowanymi na terytorium w Federacji Rosyjskiej. Udziałowcem w wymienionych wyżej rosyjskich spółkach jest również Andrei Karpovich (Andrei Mikhailovich Karpovich), obywatel Republiki Białorusi oraz Federacji Rosyjskiej, który jest także głównym udziałowcem, członkiem zarządu i beneficjentem rzeczywistym polskiego podmiotu OMNI GRP Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Warszawie (KRS 0000998231). Wymienione polskie spółki eksportują m.in. do Chin stal wykorzystywaną w przemyśle zbrojeniowym. Drugim udziałowcem i członkiem zarządu zarówno w STEELTRADE Sp. z o.o., jak i OMNI GRP Sp. z o.o. jest Veranika Pental, która jest także prezesem zarządu kirgiskiej spółki, której głównym przedmiotem działalności jest sprzedaż hurtowa metali i rud metali. Kirgiska spółka jest kontrahentem STEELTRADE Sp. z o.o. i OMNI GRP Sp. z o.o. Od 2021 roku do połowy 2022 roku głównym kierunkiem eksportowym STEELTRADE Sp. z o.o. była Federacja Rosyjska, do której sprzedano towary za blisko 30 mln zł. Głównym odbiorcą była rosyjska spółka EMK, w której udziały posiada Vladimir Evgenyevich Leshchuk. W połowie 2022 r. kierunek rosyjski został zastąpiony eksportem do Kazachstanu, którego wartość przekroczyła kwotę 110 mln zł. Odbiorcą był podmiot o nazwie brzmiącej podobnie do nazwy ww. rosyjskiej spółki. Natomiast od 2023 roku dominującym kierunkiem eksportu STEELTRADE jest chiński podmiot z siedzibą w Hongkongu z wartością dostaw przekraczającą 90 mln zł. Podmiot chiński pośredniczy w dostawach do podmiotu rosyjskiego EMK LLC. Ustalono, że ponad 200 dostaw, które zrealizowała spółka STEELTRADE (poprzednia nazwa: EMK Group) do podmiotów: chińskiego, kazachskiego oraz tureckiego, było następnie przedmiotem reeksportu do Federacji Rosyjskiej. Z informacji posiadanych przez Krajową Administrację Skarbową wynika, że spółka STEELTRADE eksportowała m.in. stal „Uddeholm Dievar". Jest to stal o szczególnych parametrach, cechująca się niespotykaną jakością i wytrzymałością. Ten rodzaj stali jest szczególnie pożądany przez przemysł zbrojeniowy, ze względu na potrzebę zapewnienia wytrzymałości, lekkości i odporności na ekstremalne warunki, w jakich wyroby przemysłu zbrojeniowego mogą być eksploatowane. Dlatego też istnieje domniemanie, surowiec ten trafia do rosyjskich fabryk zbrojeniowych. Wpisanie ww. podmiotu na listę wpłynie na ograniczenie potencjału przemysłowego Federacji Rosyjskiej, a w konsekwencji przyczyni się do pozbawiania Federacji Rosyjskiej zasobów umożliwiających jej kontynuowanie wojny napastniczej przeciwko Ukrainie.
