    Le FSBI “DOP Raduga”, établi en Crimée occupée, est un camp d’été pour enfants âgés de 7 à 16 ans géré par l’État qui organise quatre sessions d’été de 21 jours. “DOP Raduga” accueille des enfants des territoires ukrainiens occupés dans le cadre de programmes financés par les autorités régionales russes. Les enfants sont soumis à l’endoctrinement politique, à de la propagande et à des activités culturelles, ainsi qu’à des programmes destinés à favoriser la loyauté envers la Russie. Le programme éducatif du “DOP Raduga” met en avant des récits militaro-patriotiques par le biais de cérémonies quotidiennes de levée des couleurs, de cours sur l’histoire et les traditions russes, de projets patriotiques et d’événements axés sur les “défenseurs de la patrie”. Le “DOP Raduga” propose des programmes éducatifs et militaro-sportifs, y compris des excursions et des compétitions sur le thème de la guerre. Par conséquent, le FSBI “DOP Raduga” met en œuvre des actions et des politiques contribuant à l’assimilation forcée, y compris l’endoctrinement, de mineurs ukrainiens.
