  GrandGranit LLC rozpoczęła działalność w maju 2024 roku. W styczniu 2025 r. po zmianie właściciela Spółki, adresu oraz przedmiotu działalności nowym właścicielem została osoba związana ze spółkami TECHNOSPETSTRADING LLC oraz TECHNOSPETSTRADINGEXPORT LLC, które 18 grudnia 2024 r. zostały wpisane na listę sankcyjną MSWiA. Podmioty te występowały jako nadawcy - eksporterzy z Republiki Białorusi do Polski mocznika oraz mieszaniny mocznika i azotanu amonu w roztworze wodnym lub amoniakalnym, nie dysponując przy tym odpowiednią infrastrukturą gwarantującą wolumen produkcji na poziomie odpowiadającym wielkości dokonywanego eksportu. Produkcja na skalę przemysłową wyżej wymienionego wyrobu jest charakterystyczna dla bardzo dużych instalacji przemysłowych. W przypadku innych zakładów produkcyjnych obszar jakie zajmują te instalacje to kilkanaście hektarów. Zatem instalacja produkcyjna stanowi skomplikowany chemiczny układ, dużych rozmiarów. Jednocześnie taki proces to produkcja 24 h z ciągłym nadzorem, system sterowania procesem, utrzymaniem ruchu. Procesy chemiczne związane z produkcją mocznika są potencjalnie niebezpieczne, dlatego zakłady muszą spełniać ścisłe normy bezpieczeństwa i ochrony środowiska. Wymaga to posiadania odpowiednich instalacji i technologii kontrolujących emisje, a także systemów zapobiegania awariom. Należy podkreślić, że posadowienie wyspecjalizowanych instalacji produkcyjnych to zabieg czasochłonny i kosztochłonny, niemożliwe jest nagłe przeniesienie czy też zorganizowanie produkcji tego wyrobu. Jedynym producentem tych wyrobów dysponującym odpowiednią infrastrukturą jest na terenie Republiki Białorusi podmiot GRODNO AZOT, który zgodnie z rozporządzeniem 765/2006 od 2 grudnia 2021 r. znajduje się na liście podmiotów, które zostały uznane za odpowiedzialne za poważne naruszenia praw człowieka lub represje wobec społeczeństwa obywatelskiego i opozycji demokratycznej lub których działalność stanowi inne poważne zagrożenie dla demokracji lub praworządności na Białorusi. Dzięki dużej skali produkcji, GRODNO AZOT jest kluczowym dostawcą nawozów azotowych w regionie, co zapewnia firmie ważną pozycję na rynku. Eksport jest szczególnie istotny, gdyż przychody ze sprzedaży na rynki zagraniczne stanowią znaczną część zysków firmy. Po wpisaniu GRODNO AZOT na unijną listę w latach 2022 i 2023 import nawozów dostarczanych przez ten podmiot załamał się, a następnie w 2024 roku został zastąpiony dostawami z innych firm, w tym z TECHNOSPETSTRADINGEXPORT LLC oraz TECHNOSPETSTRADING LLC. Po wpisaniu TECHNOSPETSTRADINGEXPORT LLC oraz TECHNOSPETSTRADING LLC na listę sankcyjną, jak również innych podobnie działających spółek takich jak NFT LLC, WORLD CHEM TRADING CO. LLC, ROSTUMEL HOLDING LIMITED Cypr oraz METATRADINGPROM LLC Białoruś import nawozów azotowych z Białorusi (w tym mieszanina mocznika i azotanu amonu w roztworze wodnym lub amoniakalnym) został niemal w całości ograniczony. Potwierdza to, że nie ma na terytorium Republiki Białorusi innych rzeczywistych producentów tego rodzaju nawozów poza GRODNO AZOT. Powyższe okoliczności wskazują, że eksportowane do Polski przez GrandGranit LLC nawozy produkowane były w rzeczywistości przez GRODNO AZOT, a GrandGranit LLC występowała w roli pośrednika sprzedając ww. towar do polskiego odbiorcy. Z powyższego wynika, że GrandGranit LLC jest podmiotem dysponującym funduszami oraz zasobami gospodarczymi pośrednio wspierającym poważne naruszenia praw człowieka lub represje wobec społeczeństwa obywatelskiego i opozycji demokratycznej lub których działalność stanowi inne poważne zagrożenie dla demokracji lub praworządności na Białorusi, a także działania destabilizujące lub podważające integralność terytorialną, suwerenność i niezależność Ukrainy.
