  LLC Molot Arms, créée en 2011 à Moscou, est un fabricant russe du secteur de la défense exerçant une activité de production d'armes à feu et de véhicules aériens sans pilote (UAV). Son produit phare est l'UAV de combat à pilotage immersif (FPV) “Zhmil-17”, fabriqué dans l'oblast de Kirov depuis 2023, qui est fourni aux forces russes en Ukraine. Actuellement, l'entreprise produit plus de 500 UAV par mois, des plans soutenus par l'État prévoyant une augmentation de sa production à 1 000 UAV par mois en 2025. Le Zhmil-17 est conçu pour la reconnaissance, des attaques kamikazes et des bombardements de précision. Il s'agit d'un UAV de courte portée permettant d'attaquer des véhicules blindés et des positions fortifiées. Les opérateurs soulignent le poids de la cellule du Zhmil-17 (1,5 kg), sa faible signature acoustique et son système de pilotage immersif utilisant des liaisons radio cryptées, ce qui le rend rentable par rapport à des appareils importés équivalents. En 2024, Molot Arms a déclaré des recettes de 926 millions de roubles et des bénéfices nets de 49 millions de roubles, ce qui témoigne de son expansion en temps de guerre. Outre l'assemblage en interne, l'entreprise coopère avec des entreprises régionales de l'électronique à Kirov pour la production de modules de navigation et de systèmes de contrôle, ce qui permet d'assurer la continuité de l'approvisionnement malgré les mesures restrictives. Les livraisons au ministère russe de la défense s'accompagnent de la mise à disposition d'équipes de formation technique et d'un soutien local, ce qui met en évidence l'intégration de l'entreprise dans la base militaro-industrielle. Par conséquent, LLC Molot Arms apporte un soutien matériel au complexe militaire et industriel de la Russie, y compris par son implication dans la mise au point, la production ou la fourniture d'équipement et de technologie militaires.
