The sanction related to a violation of section 80 (10) sentence 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG). Donner & Reuschel Aktiengesellschaft had failed to regularly review a financial instrument that it offers and had thus failed to take account of events that could materially affect the potential risk to the identified target market. The administrative fine order is final and binding.
